Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (when available).

Canada: 7–18 business days
United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
Europe: 7–18 business days
Australia / New Zealand: 8–18 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs, courier delays, weather, or seasonal demand.
Shipping Rates
- Free Shipping on orders over $70 USD
- Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout for orders below the free shipping threshold.
Tracking Orders
Once shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear.
Multiple Items / Split Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages if items are shipped from different fulfillment partners or warehouses.
There is no extra cost to you for split shipments.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country.
These charges are not controlled by Throttlehead Apparel and are the responsibility of the customer.
